The residential automatic door opening system enables complete independence when entering and exiting a residential or public / light commercial door. The residential model is designed for any free 

swinging door such as:

• Garage doors (from garage into house) 
• Public / light commercial doors 

Included with the operator system is an electric strike to unlatch a locked door, then opens, pauses and closes it – all automatically and does not affect the manual use of the door. Doors can be opened using a remote pendant, wall push button, garage type keypad unit, and can be voice activated through a wifi connection.
